Cancers can result in significant sickness and even death if left untreated
Over 200 different forms of cancer exist; most fall into one of the following groups:
Carcinoma: 
A type of cancer that develops in the epidermis or in the tissues that border internal organs.
Sarcoma:
Cancer that starts in connective or supporting tissues such as bone, cartilage, fats, muscle, or blood vessels.
Leukemia:
A type of malignant tumour in blood-forming tissue, including bone marrow, and leads to a substantial number of abnormal blood cells being created and circulated in the blood.
Myeloma & Lymphoma:
These are Immune system cancers that start in immune system cells. 
Cancers of the Central Nervous System:
Cancers that start in the brain and spinal cord tissues.
Tumours:
Tumours are not always cancerous. Tumours are classified as Benign or Malignant:
Tumours that are Benign are not dangerous. They are frequently removable, and they typically do not reappear. Benign tumours do not disseminate their cells to other body regions.
Tumours that are malignant are cancerous. These cancer cells have the ability to spread to different body areas by invading adjacent tissues. Cancer metastasis is the process through which it spreads from one area of the body to another.
